putting up salmon

I put up a bit of the King run with our friends the Thomas's earlier in July, and then we got ten or so Silver Salmon from a guy's very full fish wheel.  We had to call in reinforcements to show us how to appropriately fillet the fish, and yet other reinforcements to show us how to spell fillet.  Over two nights we got the job done, it was slippery work...but now, months later, grilled Salmon is a very tasty treat.  And there are no signs that we'll run out before spring.IMG_1748.jpg IMG_1746.jpg
Check out the left over manicure, a little out of place in this messy work.
